Take your network out of scope for PCIDSS

Adelante are a PCIDSS Level 1 Service Provider. To maintain this accreditation we are independently audited by Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs). This allows you to apply a level of trust to the security of our card payments during your own PCIDSS self assessment process.

SmartPay is delivered from within the Adelante PCIDSS compliant environment and ensures that no card data is stored, processed or transmitted across your corporate network. This removes SmartPay customers from the requirement to complete PCIDSS Self Assessment Questionnaire D (SAQ D). This is by far the most complicated SAQ document.

SmartPay customers only need to complete the minor SAQs which are much less complex and so easier to complete.

Removing your corporate network from the scope of PCIDSS also removes you from the requirement to use P2PE encryption and also purchase software that is PA-DSS compliant. Both of these PCI requirements are only required if card data is being processed, stored or transmitted across your network.
