TonePay is an Interactive Voice Response or IVR credit and debit card payment system (also know as DTMF). The product is capable of bringing remarkable benefits to your company. The system can be introduced into your company in one of two ways. You are able to install your own TonePay payments server and connect this directly to your own telephone system. Alternatively, TonePay offers a Bureau
service where the software is hosted by Adelante. Each system has it’s own

Adelante are also able to incorporate validation for the payments made by your customers. This means that we can look up account numbers or reference codes from your back office systems to ensure that the account being paid is outstanding and genuine. Payment history can then also be exported from the payments database directly into you back office systems.
