TaxiPay Mobile
TaxiPay Mobile is a simple and unique application that works on your own mobile
phone, PDA or iPhone. The system is totally unique because there is no need for
you to get a merchant account
with the bank, it is free to sign up and there are no minimum monthly fees or
transaction volumes. It could not be easier!
Once you have signed up for an account you simply download the software via the
Internet and install it on your phone and you are ready to go. Just open the
application, enter your customers’ card data and the fare along with your own
booking or reference number and press submit. To see this in action just click

The service is funded entirely by a 6.5% surcharge added to each transaction.
This can be configured by you. This means if you choose to charge a higher
surcharge you get to keep the difference. Since there are no upfront costs or
monthly charges it is your customers who pay for the credit card service service
and not you. If they are unhappy and do not want to pay the surcharge they can
still pay by cash.

TaxiPay Mobile also has the option of a Virtual Terminal. This allows you to accept credit or debit card payments in
your office for fares booked in advance over the phone. This is ideal for
account work, pre-booked airport runs and the like.
Finally TaxiPay Mobile includes a browser based Merchant Administration
System available to you from any computer in the world with Internet access.
