SmartPay Cash Receipting and Income Management

Modules

Developed in compliance with the Government’s E-Gif standards, SmartPay delivers the resources required by councils at an affordable price. This includes unlimited user licenses, allowing councils to deploy the system wherever and whenever they need to.  
 

Modules include:-

LogSmart

The back office 'income management engine'.

CashSmart

Handling cash and cheque payments in call centres, cash offices, and satellite locations including leisure centres and libraries.

DeskSmart

Providing call centres, cash offices and remote locations the ability to accept credit and debit card payments.

E-Returns

Allowing remote locations to ‘cash up’ and submit details of the bank deposits based on the days takings to the LogSmart system.

WebSmart

Providing residents the ability to make payments, via council websites, 24 hours a day.

ToneSmart

An interactive telephone payments system giving citizens the ability to make credit and debit card payments, 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

DebitSmart

An automatic paperless direct debit set-up system for call centres, cash offices and websites.

Planning Portal

An integrated link to the National Planning portal. This provides residents the capability to pay for any online planning applications through the SmartPay software.

Payment Interfaces

SmartPay includes a wide range of payment interfaces, giving councils the ability to accept payments directly from existing software applications that run other services such as parking, leisure and planning.
