Merchant Administration

The MobilePOS and TaxiPay products both provide free access to a Merchant Administration tool.  This allows users of the software to access useful information about their credit and debit card transactions. 

The Merchant Administration does not store card numbers.  However it stores pretty much everything else.  Details of all of your credit and debit card transactions are stored including the amount, date, time, user, bank authorisation code, your reference number and much more.  There is an individual transaction search facility allowing you to locate specific transaction and a permissions based refund capability available to users with supervisor status. 

Supervisors can also use the system to add an remove users and generate detailed transaction reports which can be emailed in Excel format directly to your desktop.

Finally the Merchant Administration system can be used to process credit and debit card payments taken over the phone using a virtual terminal included with the software.
